LumenVox Joins Avaya DeveloperConnection Program

The Speech Engine, LumenVox’s core speech recognition software, works with the Avaya (News - Alert) Voice Portal, a software platform that supports a SOA and provides a faster, easier way to speech enable Web services across highly distributed enterprises. The Avaya development community is thus able to deploy highly accurate and competitively priced speech technology solutions using LumenVox technology.
The Avaya DeveloperConnection (News - Alert) program aims to promote the development, compliance-testing and co-marketing of innovative third-party products that are compatible with standards-based Avaya solutions. Organizations that are part of this program boast expertise in a broad range of technologies such as IP
telephony, contact centers and mobility applications. Members help companies extend the value of multi-vendor networks and transform voice into an intelligent business application that delivers true value to the bottom line.
